Gaming software needs re-creating, updating, features added

An older but popular gaming machines graphics need to be improved and updated for a more modern appearance. The entire games graphics may need to be entirely re-created. Also, I would need a few custom features added. The game includes 18 popular games (black jack, video poker, keno, 8liners) and is touchscreen. The software would need the ability to work with a bill validator/acceptor. The Gaming software is currently being run from individual PCB boards. Ideally, the new improved version could be run from the PCB board by switching the chip set (if possible). May be open to other options webbased etc.
