Moodle Competency Based Course Development

Looking for hourly developer/consultant with previous demonstrable experience in designing competency based courses using Moodle. Must be able to provide a portfolio or evidence of having helped in development of a previous Moodle site using Competency Framework. Please do not apply if you cannot provide this.

An individual or a team would be acceptable, but must be able to work with content-team by screen-sharing in US Central time zone, and must have exceptional skills in English language. Must be able to coach and train content experts, but would also be required to add content based upon provided documentation from a content team.

Would also be required to establish base Moodle presence on a hosted site, set up security protocols, do basic design of the technical elements of the course, and system testing.

The work would be intense for approximately 90 days, and would diminish to less hours on an ongoing permanent basis.

Healthcare experience or educational experience is a plus.
