I need a simple GUI to launch Scrapy spider for one project on Windows 10

I have Scrapy crawler that extract and process some data from certain website. I can, surely, run it on my Linux machine from Command line, but my customer doesn't know how to do that. So, I need a simple launcher that will start/stop the spider. Also, this launcher need to have the possibility to choose the Excel file with some input data required for spider to work with. Now the name of this file is hardcoded into spider's code, so you will need to make changes in Scrapy code as well.

P.S.: I have such launcher for Scrapy spiders based on PyQT5, but it needs to have added the possibility to chose Excel file. I can provide you the code, so you can just edit it and no need to write it from zero... I think it will not be difficult for person experienced in PyQT5 .

Budget is limited, deadline -- max 3-4 days.
