Someone who knows how to work with FrontPage websites

This job is being reposted because the winner of this project failed to deliver.

It is a very easy job for someone.

I have a small FrontPage website that has footer links to pages. I need to also have a sidebar and sidebar links added and the pages modified to look proper. Website is www.containapet.com. I have another site that shows an example of proper ... www.contain-a-pet.com.

In addition, every time I try to do work to a subscription form (email request form) on the first site that emails/forwards to me, I screw it up.

The winner of the last project screwed it up too and did not fix it. I need it fixed now and online instruction so that I can modify my site without messing up my email request form in the future.

The person that wins this little project can get additional work if they know how to edit WP themes. Please let me know if you have those qualifications as well.

Due to the last 2 jobs I have bide here, a U.S. bidder with verifiable address and phone number (only if they win the job) will receive higher consideration.
