I am looking for a simple lead/prospect CRM database. A simplified version of ACT that can:

Capture info from a form on a web site and auto create a record

Automatically send out initial contact email

track prospect conversations and activities

create future follow up tasks

create form letters and emails

provide query reports and lookups - simple, maybe just within a specified date range

can be internet based or network based for multiple users
