Avaya IP406 CID pop up screen in access app

Have a custom Access app that has a SQL back end.

Also have Avaya IP406 IP phone system.

Want to have a screen pop up on a PC from the access app when the phone is answered with a field populated with the Caller ID of that call.

Have a Server2003 based domain, Server has Avaya IP Office manager 5.2 installed, run a mic of XP and Win7 64bit if that makes any difference.
