MS Office 365 setup - server, email and collaboration

I currently use Google Apps and want to move my email and collaboration software over to the MS Office 365 software suite. I want/need to setup the Microsoft Online Server and setup the Outlook email feeding from the server and all the user accounts and all associated programs within the Office 365 suite.

There is a lot of scope for this project. The basic is to get the email set up and working solidly. From there though the project could entail setting up the Office 365 suite for my company as guided by you. I would appreciate advice on how best to run this new software to benefit my company as much as possible. There is a lot of functionality that i am not currently using and think that my company should be using.

My company has about 12 staff, and we are spread around the world. We Ideally we would take advantage of the collaborative and project type features that MS can offer.

The company is involved in accommodation. We take about 100-150 email enquiries per day. And i have staff manning these email enquiries from around the world. Thus my email integration and functionality is KEY to the companies good health. We currently use the Google Apps suite for our email but we need to move across to the Outlook suite because of another software plug-in that we are about to use (Infusionsoft).

The successful applicant would need very high level of Office 365 experience and expertise and also network design and implementation. There is no programming required, so it only needs someone that knows their way around the MS software.
