Game designer, 3D design, Unity 3D, technical docmentation

A 3D game about cats taking over the world as been in production for 5 months with our team. We are 7 Freelancers that got together to create a project part-time that we felt was very worth it. We see money in this creation and we need a game designer to polish and improve the mechanics and gameplay with good and solid documentation. Our plan now that we see the potential of the game is to create a crowdfunding on kickstarter. We understand the roles of marketing, video production and any facts that makes crowdfunding possible with games and we will launch the campaign in 1 months and a half. 10 minutes on skype and you will understand our vision and why the game is so creative and new but also really mainstream with huge marketing potential.

We all had in freelancing good revenues so we were working some of us 15 and others 20 or 30 hours a week and we decided that we would put a couple hours a week for a long term project to launch our own creations because we have all the pieces of the puzzle to make videogames at least indie videogames. All I need left is a extremely creative game designer that can create short and effective documentation for the programmers. people pay us quick money to do more for their projects. Tho, they manage it and we are free and we all do it and love it. Tho our goal iz not to freelance for ever, we want to start working harder for ourselfs to make some real revenues for all the reasons we need to.

Our business plan is solid, our skills and knowledge is very high. Some of us have AAA experience, others are all master in their skillset and have really solid knowledge. We have no weakest links and this is why we need to have a skype with you and spend a day togheter to really know if you share our vision and goals of becoming economically independent but also if you can carry your section of the project and do it with passion.
