Interior Rendering for a fast food shop front area

Hello,
We are talking to a new landlord about my restaurant idea and they want to see a rendering of the front area.
It will be just 1 rendering showing the front/lobby area, where it will show the food display cabinet, some design seating (lounge like) and white tile walls.
I have the basic design just need someone to create rendering for it.
Once they accept my idea and we sign the lease, we will also then need interior design service.
Thank you.
I attach a sample display of the curved food display cabinet will be using.
The layout will be similar to new coffee shop image I attached but replace their front counter with the display unit show in other image.
