Configure CHECKFRONT or similar Joomla Reservation Plugin for our specific application

We want to implement the [url removed, login to view] reservation application into our Joomla website but we need to have Checkfront configured for our specific application.

This application is to be configured to accept customer reservations for kids birthday parties and the following specifications:

1) Set Time Periods per day are only available (only 1 each of the times available per day)

10:30am-12:30pm 11:00am-1:00pm 1:00pm-3:00pm 1:30pm-3:30pm 3:30pm-5:30pm 4:00pm-6:00pm 6:00pm-8:00pm 6:30pm-8:30pm 8:30pm-10:30pm 9:00pm-11:00pm

2) Must accept only a minimum of 5 Paying Guests

3) Customer must choose between one of our 7 different party packages

4) Customer information such as names, address, etc

5) Suggest add on products to customer before checkout

6) Customer can either pay in full for booking or at very least pay a deposit via online payment portal (paypal OK)

7) Reservation sent to our office, and customer sent confirmation.

This application must keep track of dates and current reservations with a preferred backend that our staff can view to see scheduled upcoming events.

i was trying out [url removed, login to view] but if you can propose a better system that would achieve this, we will consider that as well.

Final design must be operational to our requirements (they are not that high!)
