UI/UX web and app Design

I'm a health/software startup looking for a UI/UX designer (ideally more emphasis on UI) for mobile app and website.

Main elements include being able to enter data (customer) and view progress. I have a back end developer that can build APIs.

I look to get the design wireframes and a prototype, ideally using in InVision.

We'll be using GCS, but generally have not made many tool decisions yet.

Communication via Slack and using Jira/Confluence for the agile process of building the product.
