I have created 2 short videos and need some editing done to improve the finished production.
The editing required is broken down into the following 4 parts:
1. The audio is really poor. I need a quick edit of the audio track to make it make easier to listen to.
2. I would like to have the client's name and logo appear briefly within the first 5 seconds of the video. (logo and names in zip file attached) -

3. There are some stats in this video that I want to stats appear on the video itself to highlight what's being said.
4. I would like to have our name and logo appear within the last 5-7 seconds along with our phone number and website address so that people can take action. I would also like a link to our website to appear at the bottom of the video all through the video [[url removed, login to view]][1]
The fininshed product to be delivered in mov. format
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
