I need an MS Access database created and populated with data from spreadsheets. A sample spreadsheet is attached that shows the layout of the data. There will be 10 spreadsheets that all contain data in the same layout that will need to be imported.

This database will reside on a web server and needs to be updated weekly from a link such as [url removed, login to view]

I need 2 MS Access databases created and populated with data from spreadsheets. One spreadsheet will be provided for each database. A sample spreadsheet is attached that shows the layout of the data.

Both databases will reside on an .NET web server and need to be updated weekly from an internet link such as http://website.txt

I need the updates to occur at a specified time and day of week programmatically. I also need to fire the update manually.
