Extension for Parsing Models Of Cars Needed

What I need is an extension method in VB.net The name of the extension will be called GetParsedModel(Model as String, Make as String) as String

This will return the new parsed model. It needs to remove the year spans. After it removes the year span; then if it contains a ( then everything before the ( will become the model.

Here are some examples (the parsed method needs to come up with the proper values; not just hard coding these results in.

If "INSIGHT 10-10" was sent in; then the results will be "INSIGHT""

If "ODYSSEY 05-10" was sent in; then the results will be "ODYSSEY"

If "ALLROAD QUATTRO (WG) 01-05" was sent in; then the results will be "ALLROAD QUATTRO"

If "CL ([url removed, login to view]) 97-97" was sent in; then the results will be "CL"

If "A4 SD/WG (GEN 2) 02-05 ([url removed, login to view])" was sent in; then the results would be "A4 SD/WG"

If "LE SABRE (FWD) 97-99" was sent in; then the results would be "LE SABRE"

The purpose of the make is is the model starts with the make; then delete that part as well. Here is an example of what I mean.

If "BMW5-SERIES 97-03" was sent in; however; the make was "BMW" then the results would be "5-SERIES"
