Prestige Education is a tutoring centre. We want to improve our current MS Access application. Therefore, We want to create brand new application which is able to process the [login to view URL] application must be designed based on multiple branches.
1. Create, update, edit and Delete Student details which includes
a. Student Details
b. Family Details
c. Course Details
d. Tutor Details
e. Booking Details
2. Calculate
a. Fee payable
b. Tutor wages payable
c. Summary report for each student
3. Reporting & Interfaces
a. Accessing Database with username, password based on priviliges
b. Creating, Updating, Editing Booking on a single interface
c. Summary Payment Report
d. Tutor Payable Report
e. Overdue Payment Report
f. Flexible reporting in single interface (School, gender, year level, subject)
g. Courses/Terms
h. Configuration Interface
i. Budget Reporting
j. Sending SMS to single student or Group based on certain criteria
k. Attendance Interface (Group, Private, Cancelled, Attendance Sheet)
4. Tasks
a. Sending SMS to remind the booking
b. Saving SMSs (if possible with our SMS provider we want to save reply messages as well)
c. Email weekly timetable to tutors
d. Email to student/parent necessary documents
e. Emptying database with leaving required configuration unchanged
5. Database
a. Splitting Database& Interface
