I am a member of the executive of a nonprofit group in Manitoba. We hold an annual conference in one of two locations in Manitoba. We need someone to animate images of our tradeshow floor plan for our webiste so that when a supplier looking to reserve a booth for the trade show and mouses over a booth it will either show that it is available or that it is reserved for company x. The information displayed would come from a text file or spreadsheet on our website that our staff would edit as booths were reserved. Our website is hosted through the Wild Apricot Membership Management platform which will probably pose some potential issues.
