clean out email server- filter real email from spam from 36000 emails

One of the websites on my server is sending out spam emails. Currently godaddy has told me there are 36000 emails in queue. I will need someone to go in and clean out all the spam emails and leave the legitimate emails so that they are in queue to get to me. There are emails from my server for order info and order process and customer service emails coming to me but i cannot get them delivered because spam is in the way and i am hitting my dailoy SMTP limit very quickly. I need this job done urgently. Please bid according and put in description what your bid includes and timeline to finish and payment method you prefer.
Please note that the budget is wrong, i am not sure why it put that there, i was in a hurry and did not edit that, this is a fairly easy task so pls bid accordingly
