Web Site Re-Design

We're currently looking for Web Designers and Graphics Designers to re-design our commercial web site. The web-site is a non-profit development site which sells projects to maintain the companies non-profit development projects for non-profit organisations and such. The basic work required is template page including header frame and include files. The site is based on a ASP 2.0 technology but only a HTML 4.0 layout with graphics is required for the template. We will develop the logic. The site needs to be basic but professional. No proof of skills is required as this is a no-pay project and if your work is not satisfactory it will not be used and you will not receive credit. However if it is what we are looking for, you will receive full credit and we will keep your details for future use on paid projects.
