Need a homepage built based on the format - Headline & Image Top Left, Bullets Left Side, Optin top Right Side, Report Cover Right Side next to optin box and text/pic's at the bottom. Two examples of this style can be seen in the attached document. I would like the design to follow the attached PDF tips for high converting landing pages.

All text copy will be provided. Deliverables will need to be converted to html/css and .psd should also be included. This project is just for the single page but more work will be available once this is completed.

Will pay for a mockup to be made first before final project work begins. Please leave a detailed bid for creating a mockup and then for the final creation of the page. The site will sell a video teaching "how to buy the perfect engagement ring" so please keep that in mind when creating the mockup.
