.PSD to XHTML Transitional CSS design. Job is for a home page + an internal page translation of a .PSD file.

1. external css

2. no tables

3. must validate to W3C Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional

4. proper SEO semantic coding (h1, h2, h3, paragraphs, etc.)

5. cross browser compatible (ie, chrome, firefox, safari) + work in ie7+

6. fixed width, top / center alignment, footer area, background repeating for visibility at full zoom out in all directions

7. **Must be coded correctly to be easily editable in Dreamweaver**

8. Cufon or @font-face for 3 fonts - Essai, Governor, Calibri

9. rollovers (do not use sprites)

10. basic jquery (top of page drag)

11. basic javascript image swaps

attached are the pages + .pdf of layout with instructions.
