115496 Dzoic handshake Custom theme

Hi everybody,

I need a custom theme for "Dzoic Handshake"

all design will be given with following caracteristics :

- change background color, textes and logo for each page

- change position of all modules (to be like [url removed, login to view])

note that you must handle "smarty template engine"

I need the job to be done quickly.
