e-commerce Template & Installation OpenCart

I'm looking for a new programmer for my business starting back in NOV. I have a new client this week. I need some very nice premium e-commerce templates with (opencart only) that they can choose from. The client already has an idea and a sample ecommerce. It has to do with a fashion store, I will also need a installation of template, installation of the logo, banner and funtional shopping cart with Paypal.

Fairly simple.

I'm also looking for a highly creative graphic designer that will work with my budget and join our team.

Must be able to provide unlimited revisions and concepts to client. (Mockups). I have another client needing design work.
