2 Pages Layout Design for Scholarship Contest

I need two pages created for a Marketing Scholarship Contest - the information page about the contest and the Logged-In page for the contestant. These should be dynamic, exciting pages but should not look cheesy or illegitimate.

All the back-end stuff will be done later by me, I'm just looking for someone with a good design eye to create the look and feel of these pages. PLEASE USE TABLE-LESS DESIGN (CSS STYLE, DIV LAYERS). Pictures, style should emphasize "FUN" "FREE" "COLLEGE STUDENT" and "MOVIES"

The name of the site hosting the contest is "www.TryItFree.Org" - the logo is already being made, just use a placeholder for now on the two pages and the real logo will be added later.

I will NOT steal any design ideas if you send me PMBs with mock-ups before being awarded the project. In fact, I am much more likely to pick you if I can see what you have in mind.

Key Points:

* Free to apply to the contest

* To win, you need 250 people to sign up for Blockbuster Total Access

* Total Access Sign-up is free and you get free movies for 30 days

* No one has to keep the service past the free trial (In other words, really free)

* You need to submit a 100-200 word short essay on why you want to participate in the contest and why you think you’ll win

* First to 250 wins 10,000, second place is 5,000, everyone with at least 30 signups wins 1,000

* Only 40 contestants will be approved for the contest

* Tell your friends, family, co-workers

* Use MySpace, bulletin boards, flyers

* Set up an information booth at your school, at the grocery store, anywhere!
