I want a professional design of an online shopping site which features deals & promos only.
The uniqueness of this design is a function that allows customers to "book" a Deal by paying 10% down payment and have 30 days to pay the balance. They could also buy now.

PS: I had awarded this project to a freelancer here(breathhacker) 2 months ago. he hustled me for a milestone release which i gave him. 2 months after, the job is still at 20% completion. Wasted my time, efforts and money. He keeps saying he is busy, family, college, he is doing backend but never shows any update on it for 2 months. he merely uploaded a template and changes colours.
