T-shirt Website - Template adapation to Joomla

I want to make a website for my t-shirt company. I've already made the template for the website in photoshop. I need someone to adapt the template i made in photoshop to joomla. I want it to look exactly as i designed it in photoshop and to work exactly as i specify.

I tried to do this website with an other freelancer but that person couldn't make it correctly because he couldn't adept the template to joomla. Please do not bid on this project if you dont have the skills to do it.

If you want to get the general idea i want something that works like [url removed, login to view]

This is what i need:

- Website with joomla and virtuemart (shoping cart needs to show in every menu).

- Wordpress Blog

- Gallery module: Clients need to able to submit photos to the website but before the photo is shown in the website i need to be able to approve or disapprove the picture.

- All of the tshirt models should be shown on the homepage, and when you click on it, it takes ou to the product page showing all the specs exactly like on [url removed, login to view]

- Banner rotator module

- Contact Form

- Faq menu

- Customers should be able to register and log in to use all joomla integrated modules.

- Website needs to be easy to edit. I it to have a module so i can edit all the text and images. I want it to have an application to add or remove tshirts and sort them.
