website design fix

need someone who is very fast and good with website design. we have a website that is having some cosmetic issues that we need fixed immediately.

must be very good and very fast and good at following directions.

also, we need some menu bar navigation changes along with some link changing and some other design changes as well.

need some logo work and some nice header work done as well.

need all of this done within 24 hours or less.
