CRE Loaded - Custom Shipping Field Setup

cre loaded 6.2 standard website.

I want to be able to enter a manual shipping charge for every item that i list for sale. For example in the catalog / add product screen - have a field where i can enter a shipping charge for each item. I obviously want this shipping charge to be added to the cost of the goods at checkout - just the same as it would when using any of the standard CRE shipping methods.

I would also like this module / program to be transferrable to other cre loaded websites that i am planning to setup in the future.
