Web Designer Needed (PSD Work Only - No Coding Required)

I am looking for a designer to design THREE web sites for me. Designer should be from one of the following locations: EASTERN EUROPE, ASIA (Philippines or Indonesia), USA or AUSTRALIA. (For this project PLEASE no designers from India or the Middle East. We are looking for a specific style of design and have not had any luck with designers from India or the Middle East.)
Design tasks for each web site design include the following:
1.) Creating a home page design
2.) Creating inner page layouts for Contact, Information Pages(Posts/Comments), Misc. Page. (Total of 2-3 inner page layouts - each page will keep the look and feel of homepage. So these are very minor tweaks. And it shouldn't take more than 20-30 minutes per page. About an extra 60-90 minutes per site.
My total budget for the three web sites is between $330-$420
In your bid please mention bid code -> "Designer-2009"
Failure to mention bid code will automatically eliminate your bid.
Also, submit at least 4 links/images of websites you have designed. You must be a top-notch professional that understands the latest design trends.
If I like your work...I will have this same project quite often. I currently work with two other designers that I found through GAF. I just need additional help.
Once the project has been awarded, all communication on projects will be done via Yahoo Messenger, GTALK, SKYPE or email. Must be available to talk daily and be reliable. Will also agree to post comments to GAF message board to stay in compliance of terms.
Please note: Upon completion you will transfer all rights of the work to me.
