xhtml/css coder required quick trunaruound

I want someone to bid on creating a website using the layouts specified in the PDF. Please use the same color schemes provided in the [login to view URL] (top, body, bottom). Color scheme of the WebSite should match as closely to the attached brochures as possible.

This is a simple project. CSS should be table-less

You are essentially just creating a template and filling in with some "stuff" so that we can see how it will look.
