Experienced Designer and Developer to finalise an "almost there" Smart Job Board Project

I have recently finished a project with some web developers who have assisted me to design a template for a Smart Job Board.

However although I am ok with the overall layout of the site and it's function I am still trying to iron out some bugs and things that I don't like.
This includes some of the banners and headings. How the static content does not line up on the site when edited. And also just getting the site over the line to a satisfactory level
I would like a designer to have a look at the site and let me know what they think needs to be done to get the site to an operational stage.
I would like someone with good design skills and someone with website experience who can iron out the rest of the bugs to get the site fully operational.
Main tasks will be - changes to some font and headings, a better blog layout, improvements to the banners, minor web edits, assistance in getting the site to an operational level.
I look forward to your replies. Please provide your list of suggestions for the existing site and confirmation of your understanding of Smart Job Boards when replying.
