[login to view URL] Timthumb Help

I bought and installed a theme on [url removed, login to view] but timthumb is not working and the post's main images are not showing up. Also, there is a Featured Post slider that I'm confused about (I don't know how to get posts to show up in it).

[url removed, login to view] is the site that's giving me grief. I'm sure it's something stupidly simple someone awesome could sort out quickly. I bid thee well!
