Wordpress video player plugin

Hi,

I need a plugin to be created for wordpress. I have a wordpress website which is sharing videos.

What I need is a video player. It will get the video data from the videos hosted on [login to view URL] but videos on my site will be shown on this plugins own player. Also this needs a facility to show ads before or after the videos play. There must be an option of showing ads before or after the video. Also we need to show the ads randomly on the videos. This means, this code must analyze all the videos embedded on the site.
