Wesley– please assist Tobile with a quote for a new website which will be used for an online stockvel business. The site is to be a PH (Provide Help) and GH (Get Help) system.
The requirements are as below:
1. People will register. After registration they will request to provide help and put the amount they want to provide help with and thereafter they must choose the plan they to provide help under.
2. When their orders mature they have to request to get help (GH) provided that they have made the recommitment.
3. The plans will be as follows
24% in 24hrs
50% in 5 days
3. There must be a 50% recommitment. That means when someone's help has matured in order for the person to request to get help there must be another PH with 50% of it already paid.
4. The system should be semi automatic that means the client must be able to do allocations whenever they want to and the system should also do it automatically.
5. Members should be separated according to their own country. Each country should have its own dashboard and must use their own currency. That means when allocations are running, members should be matched with members from the same country.
6. There should be another dashboard for Bitcoin so that those who want to use Bitcoin can be matched together.
7. The client is expecting to have members in Zambia, Namibia, Botswana, South Africa and there could be others who might join.
8. Everyone must make a payment within 6 hours. Failure to do that they must be blocked immediately and recipients must be reallocated immediately.
9. There must be a 5% once off referral bonus and the bonus can be withdrawable when it reaches 500.
10. There should be a registration fee of 100 payable to the upliner and be credited to the first PH.
