Make some changes to a Java-based eCommerce site

I am looking for a seasoned web developer to help us make a few changes on our Java-based eCommerce site. I will only consider bids from freelancers with JAVA/JavaScript/CSS/HTML experience.
If you are awarded this project, you will be asked to do the following:
1) Change the site background color to white
2) Create a page with three sidebar menus, and then add menu items that point to external URLs. For example, you will create a page called "Products" (it will be a different name), and then add three menus on that page.

3) Change the login page form. I will provide a sample form, and you will need to make small changes to make it functional with the site.
