Minor CSS improvements and IE compatibility

We need improvements on ONE webpage using CSS

The basic layout of information should be like this page:

Specifically we need:
1) Rounded corners on the bottom of the page fixed
2) Text added on top of white form that says: "Host an event on Darfur Day:" Text should be the same size as "Genocide in Darfur" text already on the page. Ideally this would be positioned inside the white form at the top.
3) Improve the look / feel of the quote next to the picture
4) Make the page look the same in IE6 & 7 as it does in Firefox.
We are using Drupal 6 CMS. We will give you an login to edit the html on the page and add inline CSS.
