I need an automated temporary recruitment platform.
The Web Application needs to have the following:
1. Client Portal
2. Candidate Portal
3. Admin Dashboard
I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. I am after a bespoke platform that will allow Employers to search for Freelancers using real time availability and be able to make a booking.
Freelancers will be able to create a profile and select the days they are available for bookings. Including their minimum rate, skills, languages spoken, location etc.
Clients will have the ability to search using the location, languages, skills etc and the results of the available freelancers will be presented, but with the freelancer's contact information hidden until the client hires them.
I also need an admin portal where i can see all clients, freelancers, bookings made, payments made.
The idea is that the booking is made on the platform and I take a commission for the process. The funds will be released to the freelancer upon successful completion of each week's work.
General Overview:
I require a website with the functionality for Freelancers to register and create profiles. Freelancers registering will be able to register and select their specialism.
Different Registration fields will be presented based on the selected profession (ie. Conditional logic). The profiles will allow them to list their professional experience, Qualifications and Availability. There will be a calendar feature within the profile where the freelancer can simply click on dates to make themselves available to employers.
The Employers will search based on their criteria and a list of the available Freelancers will be presented. At this stage, the freelancers’ profiles will be in a restricted view, with no contact information viewable until after confirmation and payment. The employer will have the option to send the details and job offer to the Freelancer they like the most. (There will be minimal information in the job offer ie. Rate on offer, Location, License requirements, Experience, Language etc but no company name or contact details).
The freelancer will have the option to Accept or Reject the offer. If the Freelancer rejects the offer, the Employer will be notified and will be able to send the offer to another Freelancer. Once a Freelancer accepts, the Employer will be directed to a payment page to pay for the required work and finalise the booking.
Once the payment is made, the booking is confirmed and both the Employer and Freelancer are notified and a contract is generated witht he details of both parties.
Once the job is completed and the payment is released to the freelancer minus our commission.
We will charge a commission on the total cost of each booking at 25%.
EXAMPLE
A booking offering a daily rate of £500/day, for 3 days work, would cost £1500 plus 25% commission
( £375) = £1875 TOTAL COST OF HIRE
