Need someone to take a fully graphically designed site with a well defined plan/layout and structure and break the photoshop graphics up and code the site to work. Programmer will need to be able to take a layered photoshop file, slice the graphics as needed for navigation buttons (buttons will have simple rollover effects) and take the site layout plan with the photoshop files and make the site functional.
Main requirement will be to code the site in such a way as to allow the site owner to easily update/change the text and pictures/graphics by simply uploading a new text file and photos/graphics to the various pages. The site will be set as far as image sizes and locations and location of text - the owner will only upload a new text file to change content and be able to easily upload pictures to change content but NOT affect layout.
Site should utilize CSS and be very search engine friendly however full SEO is not a requirement at this time.
Developer will need to be VERY attentive to this project as drop dead date for full go live is September 29. Also graphics are still being developed for several of the pages however the basic look and layout is complete as well as the site plan.
