I need to convert my website([login to view URL]) to CSS. I need to clean up the code that was created in Frontpage 2003.

I Need an expert in css/xhtml. Site must be w3c validated, fully css based layout, tableless.

I need someone who can create a .css style and rebuild an exact replica of the pages based on what they look like.

Final product should have excellent code that I can then work with and no syntax errors.

Page should be tested and load properly in IE, FF and Safari.

The pages will be:

Link pages and shopping pages are generated from another program and can be dealt with separate from this bid.

I am open to higher bids if they are necessary.
