The goal of the project is to implement one simple application in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation). This application will be distribute in a CD-ROM and it will use a database. The users of the application will be doctors. The goal of the application is to help the doctors to define the best diagnosis for the patient and to recommend drugs. The application will have two main sections: in one section the user can read some available medical documents, in the other section user can manage medical records of patients. The doctor could read some medical documents or he can manage medical records of patients: he can insert/edit/delete patients, moreover he can insert/edit/delete medical examinations. Each medical examination is related to a patient and consists of some questions. When the doctor want to insert a new medical examination, the questionnaire starts and he has to answer each question. There are 2 questionnaires. The first one has five steps and each step consists of some questions: at the end of some steps, it will be display the diagnosis that depends on the answers given. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Hello, we have received a suggestion that maybe could help simplify the project. Instead of saving the database information on xml files we could use an MDB (access) database, since it should work even without having access installed.
