Setting up windows 2003 server

I have purchased windows server 2003 and need to get it setup for a firstime server i will have it installed already. not sure what i will need but i need it as a mail server and webserver to start. and storage server in the future some [url removed, login to view] i need is a full out instuctions on how to get this done.
