Outline construction specifications formatting in Microsoft Word

Develop a template specification section in Word with the appropriate formatting including Multilevel Lists, headers, and footers. Referencing the attached markup, there will need to be five (5) levels to include:

Indentation should match the attached markup.
Beginning with markups (redlines) of specifications, key the sections into Word files. (I will also provide a clean PDF with recognized text for copy and paste.) The files should be saved as the six-digit Section Number followed by a space, a hyphen, a space, and the Section Name. Where a level designation is marked through, the marked level and all sub-levels are omitted.
The resulting document will be a very brief “outline spec.” The attached example specification section is six pages but when reduced to “outline spec” format, will likely only be two pages.
I anticipate one round of revisions.
The total project will include roughly 100 specification sections.
I only need freelancer to incorporate the remaining text from the markup into a new section built from the template. They can either key-in the remaining text from the markup or copy and paste from a clean copy of the original spec section.
