506417 Minor Customization of Wordpress Theme

I need the header image to extend the entire browser screen from left to right and the name of the pages across the top to be adjusted so that they are centered better and don't have any lines running through the text.

This is very quick and simple.

The page looks different when you log in. See the attached image of what it looks like when you are logged into the members area using Firefox browser.
