Hi,
I need your help.
We have designed a custom LMS system using wordpress and learndash, along with other plugins that we have developed to get the functionality we want.
We have changed the code in learndash to add some functionality that wasn't already there.
The developer I used I found on FIverr, but he is unable to fix an issue with this platform.
One of the courses is having issues. When we complete a course and finish the quiz, a certificate should be emailed to an email address that was added at the checkout page. This email is different to the user's registered account, as we have a confirmation email that gets sent to the learner, and another email that gets sent to the email address added at checkout for whoever paid for the course. This is the email the link to the certificate gets sent to. However, sometimes the email does not arrive, and when it does arrive for some people and not others, the certificate is not showing the date.
There is obviously an issue here and he has been trying and failing to fix this for weeks.
Can you help with this?
