I need a virtual assistant to help with webdesign and servicing my clients. Wordpress pros only

I need a VA to help with designing WordPress sites and offering service to my clients. I need a competent virtual assistant who can design wordpress websites using Elementor Pro. Elementor experience is a must.

I am looking for someone who can/has:

-willing to learn our system and software

-can quickly design worpress sites using Elementor Pro

-can read, write and speak English very well, you will be emailing with my clients

-can troubleshoot wordpress issues and settings

- experienced with WOOcommerce

-experience with Elementor Pro

-is familiar with CSS

-is available to work at least 20 hours per week

-can service my clients directly by helping with Wordpress, our software, troubleshooting and answering questions.

-is organized and keep commitments

-photoshop experience is a plus

-Programming is a plus

I am open to freelancers and agencies, but I would like a central point of contact. This will start as a 20 hour a week VA job, but will be a 40 hour a week job for the right person. I am looking for a long term VA.
