wordpress blog needed

hello programmers.
i need a wordpress blog to be customized to my designs.
there have to be installed some plugins, but you would have to write some as well,
it contains some forms as well as order a newsletter and similar..
pretty common tasks. only small challenge is a changing header for each category.
but from my experience i guess the site can be done with two full days of work (if you're experienced)
