Wordpress Modification Needed

I need two quick modifications to the following page - [url removed, login to view]
1) LIST POSTS FROM CATEGORY #9
Right under the Title ("Press Releases") I want to show the post title, date, and short excerpt... but just for posts marked with Category #9.
2) LIST ARCHIVES FROM CATEGORY #9
To the right of the posts is an "Archives" listing. Right now it's listing all the archives, but it should just list archives from Category #9.
This should be very easy for a Wordpress Guru.
The only issue is that I need it done ASAP (ideally within the next two hours).
