Tiles to Spherical Krpano Conversion

I need to convert 6 panos from tiles to equirectangular form.

The existing files are the result output of PTP/krpano, and I need them converted back to their full resolution, so I can produce the tour again.

Attached is a screenshot of the files I currently have from PTP/krpano.
