Details: We have developed this product using Flex on the front-end and php webservices on the back-end. This product is one of our favourite products. It enables the hiring managers to recruit many candidates at once. The recruiter/manager can create jobs and interviews, every interview has a questionnaire and each question has some time allocated. Recruiter can invite candidates to take the interview, candidates can take the live interview, and this live webcam recording is the best feature of the product. We have used Wowza media server on amazon cloud for live video recording.

I have been working on DHTML, PHP, MYSQL, .NET, Flash, Flex, XML, Ajax,Jquery, XSL, XQuery, Ruby on rails for more than past four years. My core competency lies in complete end-end management of a new website development project, web applications, product development and mobile application development. I also have experience in developing high traffic websites using the best practices of agile development in PHP / Ruby on Rails based on MVC framework design pattern. Using Actionscript I have developed dynamic websites integrated with CMS, various Rich Internet Applications (like video stream recorder connected with AWS cloud, Augmented reality applications, etc.) I possess advanced skills and experience in Core Javascript, AJAX, Javascript Frameworks (like JQuery, Prototype and Moo tools). Along with that I can enable bridging between Flash and Javascript.
