We need to develop a AndroMDA cartridge for SPRING MVC based Protlet Development. - The Cartridge should be developed for JSR 268/168 compliant portlet development. - Cartridge should be written using latest AndroMDA release. - Cartridge should be tested using Maven 3 as development tool. - Cartridge should be tested using ArgoUML based UML model. - Cartridge should take care of eclipse as dev environment. - The Source of cartridge should be owned by us. - A detailed documentation of customizing the cartridge should be provided to us. - Cartridge source should be well documented per industry standard. AndroMDA (v.3.) is using Velocity as it's template engine, and we would like to replace this engine with a groovy implementation in it's place (). Since AndroMDA (v.3+) uses the IoC pattern for instantiating the template engine, it should be easy/possible to replace the Velocity implementation with a Groovy implementation. The project is to deliver a version of the AndroMDA project which runs with the Groovy implementation. This running version should be delivered to us, and we will then commit the code - so that other AndroMDA users will benefit from this development.
