I need someone who has knowledge about building a simple App based on the design of an existing website. The App can be based on a building block system like GoodBarber, Appyourself, AppConfector etc. We are not picky and are willing to pay a monthly fee to have the app running. The app would not need to be in the Apple or Android Store. It can be downloaded exclusively from our website by existing clients. The apps purpose is to be able to send Push Notifications to different defined groups. For that, we need to be able to define and update groups easily (adding phone numbers for push notifications). Looking to build a mobile app building tool to be able to drag and drop themes, modules and graphics similar to Shoutem or AppYourself. Integrate 3rd party api's and push notifications. Needs to be able to build and push to Google and Itunes stores.
